Permanent lip liner is exactly what it sounds like.  If you just want your lip liner to be permanent, this is the option for you.  Multiple colors available, must do a virtual consultation before booking your appointment. This includes your appointment and 1 follow up appointment 6-8 weeks later.  Past that time frame, you may be subject to paying the regular touch up fee.
